RHBA Partners with City School # 9

Story TimePlace: School # 9, Dr. Martin Luther King 455 N Clinton Avenue
Time: 10:00 am (Volunteers should arrive a few minutes before 10 am).

Notes:

  • This is a reading session for 20-30 minutes to kindergarten students
  • Parking is available next to the school. When you arrive at the school office, let them know who you are and the name of the teacher.
  • The teacher will have the book ready for you.
  • If you have not read to small children in a while:
    • Please read slowly.
    • Annunciate clearly each word.
    • Lift your eyes from the page at the end of each sentence.
    • You may add comments or ask questions depending on the topic.
